I have now been charged £31.77 by them without my consent. I have cancelled my card but my bank informs me they don't think I can go any further towards getting my money back. This is a total scam which it appears we are unable to do anything about. It's not so much the monetary value as the fact that these people can get away with it. I feel so very angry about the whole thing and yet I am powerless to stop it short of obviously putting a 'stop' on my card and getting a new one.
