Welcome to Amas Veritas [dot] com

Updates: Media (lyrics) has a new layout. I could never figure out how to lay it out, but it's easier to navigate now. I'm still working on a better duplicate Mamblog mod. I'm trying to make submittions easier but the poetry form died for some reason. Quizzes are also on their way from the old site. Joomla content isn't very code friendly so I'm having to rewrite old code. You can still click on News > AH v21 > Screen if you wish to use the quizzes.

My parents went out and bought this table at a going out of business sale. They do that. They buy like the first thing they see because it's on sale, or it looks good in the store and then they get it home and my mother doesn't like it and complains all day and wants to return it but wants everyone to say they love it to make her feel better and "well how about this one instead" but odds are that she can't return the one she bought at the GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE. DUH. I've regretted purchases but I don't try to get people to tell me they like it. I usually don't tell ANYONE and I either return it on my own or keep it and learn from my losses. Lie about it, it was a great & wonderful thing I purchased, or throw it away and insist I returned it. It's all "me Me ME" with her, and it's always me who's horrible and she's throwing it back on me saying I've made mistakes. WHEN?? When have I made a mistake that I actually shared with her? I want to eat, I was very hungry about 5:00pm but now I'm in my room with the door shut and my father was in the shower and I'm afraid if I leave she'll yell at me some more. I think it turns the blame of a bad purchase into anger at me that I didn't convince her it was a great wonderful purchase decision. JUST RETURN THE DAMN THING! When she painted the kitchen she had to hear everyone say they loved it and she complained that the wasn't sure she liked it...JUST PAINT OVER IT!!! It's exausting. I had just gotten home from the grocery store and was in NO MOOD to talk to her. I had just spent my work day with her and then she came in and complained about her table. Yesterday it was my sister she went on and on about. It gets so old. She complains and does nothing. I'M SO ANGRY!!! Damn her.
