Welcome to Amas Veritas [dot] com

Updates: Media (lyrics) has a new layout. I could never figure out how to lay it out, but it's easier to navigate now. I'm still working on a better duplicate Mamblog mod. I'm trying to make submittions easier but the poetry form died for some reason. Quizzes are also on their way from the old site. Joomla content isn't very code friendly so I'm having to rewrite old code. You can still click on News > AH v21 > Screen if you wish to use the quizzes.

I have no idea how many calories I'm eating or how much fat...it's been so long since i've allowed fat in my diet...it's all quite a bit disturbing but I walked 4 miles today since I won't be able to tomorrow and 2 miles every other day so i think things are going okay. I keep forgetting to weigh myself as soon as i wake up so i've been passing. if anything, i feel like i'm losing so, i'd be surprised if i've gained. four miles only took me an hour so I may keep waking that much on weekdays, maybe up it on weekends. i feel a lot better, i'm sure i'm eating enough calories and MORE protein than before, and i'm not having as much trouble sleeping on good days which makes it a little easier on bad days because i'm walking and running (a little) when i'd usually be making up all the sleep i missed at night. i'm tired by 6pm but it's better than being tired by 11am.

I still can't eat any kind of rice or form of potato, toast, saltine crackers, pasta, or most other things I used to eat. I don't eat meat, cottage cheese, eggs, cereal, beans, nuts, most vegetables, butter, oil in cooking, or desserts of any kind. Needless to say I'm a bit limited. What's this thing with sugar free yogurts and salad dressings? I'm not fond of salad but with bleu cheese i can tolerate it though bleu cheese isn't sugar free, neither is the yogurt i have for breakfast, i'm not sure i'd eat it if it were. I have opted for light bleu cheese and low fat yogurt...habit i guess. alcohol, caffeine, and dried fruit...I can deal with not having alcohol and dried fruit (I never have had them more than a couple times in my life anyhow) but caffeine is like my life-source.
