Welcome to Amas Veritas [dot] com

Updates: Media (lyrics) has a new layout. I could never figure out how to lay it out, but it's easier to navigate now. I'm still working on a better duplicate Mamblog mod. I'm trying to make submittions easier but the poetry form died for some reason. Quizzes are also on their way from the old site. Joomla content isn't very code friendly so I'm having to rewrite old code. You can still click on News > AH v21 > Screen if you wish to use the quizzes.

 Cheesecake Pie
A healthier version of cheesecake, this pie is made with cool whip topping, cream chees, fruit, and a graham cracker crust.  A perfect treat on a summer day.

1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
7/2 cups (8oz) cool whip, thawed
1 packaged graham cracker crust
assorted fruit (peaches)

Beat cheese (sortened), sugar and vanilla until smooth. FOLD in cool whip. spoon into crust.

Chill until set, about 4 hours.

Before serving, arrange fruit on filling.

Tip: Use light or fat free cream cheese and light Cool Whip for a healthier alternative.
