I woke up thinking something was wrong
pacing, I only found the ordinary
My mother gardening out by the grass
I noticed my car was gone and it scared me
Hoping that it was with my siblings or father
I asked my mother where it was
but "i don't know" was all she said
panic set in as it usually does
all i could think was it had been stolen
and my mother didn't care
that frustration and panic that usually comes
was more than i could take
tears welled up in my eyes
and before i knew it, it was too late
the tears had come and they wouldn't stop
the whole ordeal was quite a shock.
