I've been working at my mother's Insurance Company. Now, let me preface this with a comment. My mother wholy believes that she is right, that she is ALWAYS right and whatever I say, that doesn't follow in agreement with her, is of course wrong, utterly and completely wrong, even if I have written proof. For example, I did some quick calculations to see how she can save money at the business, EASY ways to save which didn't involve here changing a single thing. She could just sit back and ... SAVE! My immediate suggestion was to change her two GoToMyPC.com accounts (one for the other Ins. Agent, my sister) to one account, with two users and two computers, each with their own pass code. My sister would have privacy, and most of all, my mother would not have to change a thing...
I received an email one morning saying we would hold off on that, with no explanation. I later mentioned that she didn't give me a reason why and she said she had told me she would "keep it as a thought" or "in the back of her mind" or something vague like that, however I had written PROOF of what she said and she still denied it. Well, this same day she changed my main focus for the 20th time to the website being totally complete. She gave me 20 days (including weekends) plus an additional quote form that I don't even have a layout for. Prior to that it was filing at the top of the list, and before that it was this new downloading feature I set up to speed up EVERYTHING. As of now, I have 7 working days left to finish it and I have not been provided with the additional form fields yet, and our last two meetings were cancelled. She's such a f***ing wh***. But enough of that.
